Implementing Technical Standards on the supervisory reporting of Third Country Branches

  • Status: Final draft RTS/ITS adopted by the EBA and submitted to the European Commission

These new Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) on supervisory reporting of Third Country Branches include detailed templates and instructions designed to enhance the transparency and comparability of data reported by TCBs, marking a significant step towards harmonized supervisory reporting for TCBs across the EU. This framework was introduced by Directive (EU) 2024/1619, also known as CRD VI.
