Implementing Technical Standards on Supervisory Reporting amendments with regards to ALMM

  • Status: Adopted and published in the Official Journal of the EU

The proposed changes to the Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) amending Regulation (EU) No 2021/451 on Supervisory Reporting aim at implementing new proportionality measure for small and non-complex institutions, as well as other amendments. 

The amendments are expected to apply from the reference date June 2023.
