Regulatory Technical Standards on complaints handling procedures for issuers of ARTs

The Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) on complaints handling procedures for issuers of asset-referenced tokens (ARTs) under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) further specify the requirements, templates and procedures for handling complaints received from holders of ARTs and other interested parties, (including consumer associations that represent those holders).
