It would be preferable if the word immediately in Articles 1 & 2 was replaced with the phrase as soon as practicable.

Article 1:
Immediately before sending a notification, the sender may make contact orally with the relevant authorities to anticipate that a notification is being submitted.

Article 2:
2 The notification pursuant to Article 81(1) of Directive 2014/59/EU shall be communicated immediately to the competent authority following the management body determination that institution or entity is failing or likely to fail.
