Regulatory Technical Standards specifying the minimum list of information to be provided to the competent authorities at the time of the notification

  • Status: Under consultation

These Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) specify the list of minimum information to be provided to the relevant competent authority at the time of the notification of the proposed acquisition of qualifying holdings in a credit institution. They aim at harmonising the minimum content of the notification to the competent authority of the target credit institution with a view to supporting a harmonised prudential assessment of the proposed acquisition against the five assessment criteria set out in the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD).
