Could you please align the technical requirements stated in the Annotated Table Layout in the DPM 4.2 module (20260106 Annotated Table Layout RES 4.2 RESOL1RES 4.2.xls) with the requirements as stated in the ITS (Annex II: Instructions) on Z11.00, column 0060 Governing Law (as well in Z12.00 column 0070, Z13.00 column 005, Z14.00 column 0070, Z15.00 column 0100, Z08.01 column 0140, Z08.02 column 0090, Z09.01 column 0130)? 

Background on the question

According to the Annex II (II.31), for reporting on Governing Law (column 0060) in Z11.00, the ISO 3166-1alpha-2 code is required. However, in the technical requirements as specified in the Annotated Table Layout, the full country name is requested instead of the ISO code. The same inconsistency is reflected in other Z-templates as well: this relates to Z12.00 column 0070, Z13.00 column 005, Z14.00 column 0070, Z15.00 column 0100, Z08.01 column 0140, Z08.02 column 0090 and Z09.01 column 0130, applicable sections in Annex II are: II.32, II.33, II.34, II.35, II.20.5, II.21, II.26.
