Should information on service delivery be included in validation rules for Z 08.01. as condition?

Background on the question

EBA validation rule v6446_m states with {tZ_08.01, default: "", interval: false}: {c0030} != {c0050}, {c0030} != {c0050} so that column c0030 (Service recipient) and c0050 must be different (Service provider). In case of intra entity services, service recipient and provider are the same (the Bank), how should this field be filled in case of Intra entity services in order not to trigger this validation rule? Same question applies also for  v6447_m regarding columns c0040 and c0060 since LEI code is the same for service recipient and provider
