We need additional guidance in Z08.04 on how to report a critical service linked to multiple critical functions

Background on the question

Per definition in the Annotated Template of the EBA DPM 4.2, the key value in the template is represented by the combination of 0005 (Service Identifier), 0010 (Service Type) and 0020 (Unique service title as per bank taxonomy), while 0040 (Critical Function ID) is not part of the Primary Key.  With this setup, the template cannot accept multiple rows having the same combination of 0005, 0010 and 0010 and different 0040, with no possibility to link the same critical service to several Critical Functions.

We highlight that the EBA Annex for it solutions instructions reports as primary key the values reported in the columns 0010, 0020, 0030 and 0040.
