In defining field 0040 (System type) in the latest hotfix to EBA DPM 4.2 (January 14th), EBA did not include value eba_qMA:qx2046 Payment Systems in the list of accepted values in the Annotated Template Layout

Background on the question

Payment Systems are a key component of the FMI Report. Payment Systems are to be included in Resolution Template Z09.01, and Instructions clearly identify the value “Payments Systems” as acceptable for field 004 (System Type) in Z09.01
