This question has been rejected because the matter it refers to has already been identified. The validation rule is correct, as the two columns mentioned are 'Key values', so from a DPM metadata side and taxonomy side, it will not apply to them.
Nevertheless we may consider in the future if we can improve on the way the validation expression is written.
