Has the implementation of data quality scans to be treated as a change of a rating system in accordance with art 142 I CRR?

Background on the question

Rating systems are defined in art 142 I no 1 CRR. In line with art 143 III CRR changes of these systems have to be approved in advance or have to be displayed afterwards to the competent supervisory authorities. More detailed information regarding the professional constellations are provided in Commission's Delegated Regulation (EU) No 529/2014. 

Nevertheless, it is not explicity defined if a simple data quality scan that leads to data corrections on level of individual debtors should be treated as a model change and has to be addressed to the supervisory authorities.
