- Question
-
What do we understand with "Undrawn uncommitted credit lines"? Are uncommited credit lines in the scope of the benchmarking? What kind of products are we talking about that fall into this category of facilities - are we talking about internal lines that have not been communicated to the customer? Are these relevant for COREP and the supervisory benchmarking?

The term ‘undrawn uncommitted credit lines’ used for type of facility in the instructions of column 100 of C 102.00 of Annex II to the Draft ITS on Supervisory Reporting for Institutions for benchmarking the internal approaches (ITS on Supervisory Benchmarking) is not referring to uncommitted internal lines.
The facilities to be covered in this portfolio are facilities that qualify for low risk based on Annex I, paragraph 4 (a) to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR) and therefore referring to unconditional cancellable lines rather than uncommitted lines.
