it will allow third party service to keep the bank account of its customer for longer event if they don't use the service. There is no reason for a customer that is using the service to not be able to fullfill double authentification. Bank Security should not be lowered for third party services in my opinion.WHAT TYPE OF INSTITUTION OR STAKEHOLDER DO YOU REPRESENT?
