CEBS today received a Commission letter on hybrid capital instruments

Date: 10/04/2007

The Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS) today received a letter from the European Commission calling on concrete supervisory convergence in the area of hybrid capital instruments.

The Advice has been published under the following link: Publications/Advice/2008/CEBS publishes its proposals for a common EU definition of tier1 hybrids
