The EBA and the European Central Bank are organising a workshop aimed at providing an opportunity for the participants to exchange insights and lessons learned with supervisory authorities from major incidents reported by payment service providers under the Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
The workshop is meant for industry, including payment service providers (PSP), i.e. credit institutions, payment institutions and electronic money institutions, authorised in the EEA. In view of the technical nature of the topic, the event is targeted at representatives of PSPs responsible for incident management and reporting in their respective organisations.
The workshop will take place at the EBA premises in Paris on 4 July 2023 from 10:30 to 16:00, and will consist of presentations, round tables / panel discussions, Q&A sessions and instant polls, as suitable, to ensure the mutual exchange of information.
Participants can register via this registration link by Tuesday 30 May 2023 at 16:00 Paris time.
Due to the limited number of seats available, registrations will be limited to only one representative per PSP. The EBA reserves the right to further selects participants to achieve a balanced participation of PSPs in terms of entity type and geographical distribution.
Confirmed participants will be notified only after the deadline for registration has passed.
