Question 1: Are you aware of any situations where the existence of a control relationship among clients does not lead to a ‘single risk’?

For an overall assessment of the EBA proposals we refer to the attached BDI comment. BDI (Federation of German Industries) is the umbrella organisation of German Industry and industry-related service providers. It represents 36 industrial sector federations. BDI speaks for more than 100.000 private enterprises – 98 % small and medium sized – employing around 8 million people.
