Implementing Technical Standards on institutions’ public disclosures of the information referred to in Titles II and III of Part Eight of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013

The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3172 provides a comprehensive Pillar 3 disclosure framework that promote comparability and consistency of information. This Regulation also implements changes introduced by the CRR3 and align the disclosure framework with international standards.

The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3172 repeals Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/637 with a view to make the technical standards more user-friendly for institutions. The IT solutions according to which disclosures have to be provided, including instructions, can be found on the EBA website.

Since the application of the ITS on Pillar 3 disclosures of 28 June 2021, the following standards were repealed:
