Implementing Technical Standards on institutions’ public disclosures of the information referred to in Titles II and III of Part Eight of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013

  • Status: Final draft RTS/ITS adopted by the EBA and submitted to the European Commission

These new Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) for financial institutions' public disclosure provide a comprehensive Pillar 3 disclosure framework that promote comparability and consistency of information. These ITS also implement regulatory changes introduced by the CRR3 and align the disclosure framework with international standards.

They repeal the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/637 with a view to make the technical standards more user-friendly for institutions. The IT solutions according to which disclosures have to be provided, including templates and instructions, can be found on the EBA website.
