The European Banking Authority (EBA), as an agency of the European Union (EU), is subject to the provisions of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the EU, the EBA's Financial Regulation and the EU directives relating to the coordination of procedures for the award of public contracts. The EBA is obliged to put out to tender the vast majority of its procurement contracts for the purchase of goods, services and works. The EBA's contracts subject to publication can be found in Tenders Electronic Daily (TED - the tender information service run by the Publications Office of the European Union) as well as in this section of our website.
