The EBA is facilitating contacts for the temporary exchanges of staff among National Competent Authorities (NCAs).  In case NCAs wish to send their staff on secondments to other NCAs or have openings for secondees from other NCAs, please contact us and we would put you in touch with the relevant colleagues at the specific NCAs.  The EBA will not interfere in the human resources policies of NCAs.  The latter are responsible for organising all practical arrangements and other logistical issues.
